I do respect charts. Sometimes though they have so many believers in this theory or that theory ( eg cup and handle, such-and-such a flag or pennant etc) as regards predicting the SP movement that the theory is self-fulfilling. So, maybe some chart-based traders have assisted the rise, but fundamentals have mainly driven the rise imo.

All that said, what's the next resistance ( if there is one - virtual blue sky territory now) and what's the new support?
