Certain events can effect only isolated industries.
You keep digging in deeper, give it up. Interest rates "skyrocketing" would not have a "localized" effect, it will permeate the entire economy and send us into a recession. You are saying essentially "we will have skyrocketing interest rates that will cause an Australian sub prime crisis that effects just the housing sector and specifically the "outdated" banks while DMP a listing in the "discretionary" sector will skate through fine, alongside HVN and JBH presumably
