I don't think putting any more money in to this is a bargain or value-add no matter what the share price. I've seen this merry-go-round unfolding with other explorers.. TOE are running out of options with no uranium bale out in sight, so taking stabs in the dark they put the hats out for more shareholder funds for their wonderful new project/s. The chances are, and I think what will happen will be, that nothing will be delivered bar marketing this and that (with words like "potential", "world class", and a few references to other nearby mines), while they desperately try to find something to keep the company going (and of course, coming back to share placements and share plans repeatedly as needed). Not much future here, and I know you'll ask why I'm holding.. I'm only holding because I have already lost basically most of my investment here, so loosing the rest makes no difference, just keeping it for that 0.01% chance I'll be able to break even one day.
