ok.
I rather use PEG for future growth potential based on forward looking EPS. Helps to identify bargains. Which Arc certainly seems to fall into.
The general rule is a PEG lower than 1 can signify good growth potential, but usually that number is attributed to high quality blue chips.
Lower than 0.3-0.6 is usually a measure for stocks that don't fall into the above category.
That's what i've read about it anyway.
