Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia met with Mr. Kinoshita (JAPEX) and Dir. Labios (DOE) to discuss on the recent updates of JAPEX. Japex also reported that their drilling procedures had been successful and instead of reports that the drill would decrease fish catch, records show that it has, in fact, increased.
