Not sure, my fairly 'basic' understanding of law is, that, if a court 'rules' then the 'court' has ruled', like when you're a kid, and 'uncle' rules-in, full-stop, period, no 'take-backs'...
Happy to see a counter if it comes, but probability says it's now just a 'fleeting' aspiration...
I'm actually quite surprised on how quickly the courts post 'outcomes' online, amazing, compared to most 'legal' processes...
