After doing my research this is more or less where I landed too.

Unless the DFS brings up some issues with increased accuracy. Though we have larger ore drivers, sorting and possible use of neighbours processing early on that could mitigate some surprises or lead to outright benefits. Even the earlier PFS as a basis would still fund this mine with profit to explore the rest of the site for free.

I wonder how much supply will come on the market even with a positive DFS. Some seriously lacking positive energy here haha.
