CBA does not have an equity stake in houses, they are bondholders over the assets, also not sure how increasing interest rates is a bad thing for banks, are they going to lower the interest rate spread they charge? CBA at $60 would be a very nice floor if we get there but that supposes 11 times earnings which is unlikely.
DMP was good between 40-45 but 32 times earnings is too expensive, it's a hold. Growth market? Maybe, but possibly saturated, at least in Oz. Earnings need to catch up, its getting close to a sell.
