Bloomberg Terminal - costs don't come out of my pocket fortunately. Is around 20k / yr to run from memory. Has T20 yes, but is often slightly incorrect with them (only updates T20 on changes of interest / sub holding forms and on financial reports releases) so I tend to use the Bloomberg t20s just as a general idea.
