Yeah I heard about it on the conference call. They talked about balancing the need to approach potential new customers vs. following up and building the relationship with those they've contacted. Not convinced this is going to be anywhere near enough to drive growth needed to dig themselves out of a hole.
What this shows is a lack of sales experience. They need to do what NAN did which is partner up with a major distributor. Emed some staff with the distributor, learn what works. Then transition to direct sales when they know what they are doing and have a base of income and established reputation to build on and staff with good experience.
Learning on the fly and making big mistakes even just for a couple of quarters as we can see now is potentially catastrophic.
