    Yes I agree that if your hope upon hope comes true the current dire situation of the sp will change dramatically.

    However, you didn't address your contention that people are using scare tactics and the sp is being manipulated .. how are they?

    Have the "1000 [scary] HC posts" on the whole been right or wrong? ... are they fact or fiction?
