So you do your financial model first
Dream up how rich you would like to be
(In RWD and AMN case
Dream up a production number that gives a NPV
That is acceptable and work back from there )
Chasing huge production numbers to justify
The massive capex
Huge distance of roads and gas lines due to stranded locations . No consideration of the market and what it can obsorbe
In AMN case invent an unrealistic sale price
Also to support the imaginary NPV
And support capex
The logic is to have a better understanding
Of what you have in the ground
How you get it out
How fast then
the rest is dictated from that
Dictated by your reserve
Then measured resource
Would you go build a gold plant without drilling first ?
And before you reply with how big and great it is
Answer
Why don’t you have a reserve if you have proved you can get it out ?
Because if you could and someone would sighn off and it was acceptable
It would be published .
I am going to win the Melbourne cup in November
I just don’t have a horse yet
You will keep the title of the market dud
For the time being
Trigg have pulled their IPO
Obviously couldn’t get the support
