Hey Rick, you can create a 12 Hour chart if you are running MT4 .

Go to Navigator. If it is not open go to View and click on it.
On Navigator check Script. Drag Period Converter on to currency pair of your choice.
I usually drag it onto a 1 hour chart. A window opens and under Inputs change it to 12
from the usual default of 3 if you want a 12 Hour chart. 8 if you want an 8 Hour. etc.

Click OK and the chart will be saved.
Go to File , Click Open Offline , Find your currency pair and double click H12 to open
chart in a new window. Add your template and there's your H12 chart or what ever time
frame you have chosen. Remember to keep the H1 chart on that timeframe as that is
    what it will update on.
The downside is once your close the platform, next time you want to use it you will have
to go through the Open Offline procedure again. I only use it out of curiosity when
someone trades in 2, 8, or 12 hour charts.
    eg, AUDNZD H12
