Those on a budget--at a variety store near me--quite nutiritious--keeps you going.--Saba Japanese noodles--a whole box with 12 packets in it--for 2 dollars--just add water and what flavour you want to go with it--which can be just no names--sauce or something--really cheap---got vitamins in it--all pretty reasonable price wise.---Steve.
