I've done extremely well in Australian Unity Healthcare property trust, still holding since 2004 but it's now hard closed ( apart from DRP thankfully). Looking to maybe diversify into 1 or 2 others. Very well aware of risks, limited liquidity, gearing, fund closures in GFC. etc.
Anyone have any experience as holders in these or others?
