Good Q about the relative costs for increasing above 4mtpa @Cashmeoutside.

Logically I would say that it should be pro rata so no big rise in costs, but I'd need to check.

I asked JVR that Q about water last Saturday, and he was positive that water quantities will be ample. They'd conducted a thorough hydrogeological study for the PFS and modelling all eventualities . I think they have to bore quite deep to get the big sustainable quantities but that all had been ticked off.
