There's your issue - trust and legitimacy is something that AU8 still needs to build before an organisation like Australia Post would even go near it!
Imagine the political fallout if it all went pear shaped.... Government owned institution partners with a commercial entity that is linked to China with ZERO track record of profitability....
Can't see it happening, especially given all the recent anti-China rhetoric.
