Raw - can you ask him how often KKL is in communication with Isity? We never got any update of their 'integration' or how they actually planned to work together.

All we know is that Isity didn't make the money they said they would, KKL shamed them at the AGM, and Isity staff were lost/took off.

I'd really like to get DM's perspective on this - CH is involved with both, so I question his perspective. Especially as there seemed to be very little due diligence in the acquisition given it went pear shaped only months after approval...
