Ann: Update on proposed delisting from ASX and listing on HKEx, page-4

I am now expecting the timetable will be close to the following schedule:
Fri 8June: Last day to announce HK Listing Committee Hearing Date and probable Timetable.
Tues 12June: Actual HK Listing Committee Hearing Date, Announces ASX delisting date and HK listing date. Suspension from ASX quotation at COB(4:10pm)
Thurs 14June: Receipt of in-principle listing approval from HKEx.
Tues 19June: Signing of share underwriting agreement. Delisting from ASX.
Wed 20June: Issue of Public Offer Prospectus.
Mon 25June: Close of Public Offer.
Tues 26June: Closure of Chess sub-register.
Tues 3July: Issue of HK share certificates.
Wed 4July: HK Listing Date.

Let's hope this all goes to plan this time.
