I am a nuh holder but not here to criticise nti. I have followed this company on and off. The post by @bloat - an honest heads up of their experience with the device I note bloat is still positive about the device but did the problems, as reported, cause worry for holders? I was surprised to read that it couldn't be operated for the purpose for which it was designed.

This must be a worry because it casts doubt on the tech? Also, does not make the company sound very professional?

Keen to hear holders thoughts.
