How is a bid 20% higher than the current share price (which is arguably still disturbed), low ball?
It’s possible STO is worth $7, possible it may get there sometime soon as well. Possible too it is worth a lot less than the current price.
But it is certain that shareholders would have been much better off recycling a higher price from Harbour elsewhere into the market. The Board should have put this to shareholders.
