I don't think I was referring to a market rate discount however there will be costs to gain and use access to their supply chain services, their brand name for marketing and selling the product. Let me put it another way, getting fees for what they offer lowers their risk rather than not charging fees for their supply chain services, marketing and sales and waiting for the flow through effect and getting it in either share price growth or dividends.
