everything to date has been about 45k subs as break even. At that number, it was half way there
todays QFX announce shows it is closer to 100k (see page 11 of QFX company update)
A 100% error in break even calcs!!!!!!
Im not holding QFX as Ive seen whats happened to NetFlix in the US over the last year - but I am holding large in DES.
This is a problem - Domenic has got to see this. Im also concerned that Choiselat resigned (the DES director on QFX) - with no new appointment
DES needs to appoint a hard hitter if they to stay in (*****really hope they dont) or sell. Given where the SP of QFX is today 12c its doubtful that DES can return a profit on these but may break even (they bought at 9.5c? (ish))
However, they need to do it before DES profits are sucked into yet another round of capital raising by QFX to fund its currently unprofitable "growth".
