Well they are half way through the quarter which they said would cost approx $1.2m unless im wrong they will have run out of cash soon if not already unless they have made some in the last six weeks...sale of norton may have gone through shortly after end of last quarter.

At approx. 500k doesn't buy them much time according to expected costs...so what are you expecting to come out of MS results that would cause a rerate?
