After a read unless something has altered the normal course of buisness ( see section 9.1) the only real outs for state one in the underwriting agreement all stated there.
Did read section 9.5 and noted the end date of the notes was 30th April 2018 , perhaps a note holder is playing hard ball ?
Otherwise no show stoppers , over to the insiders to comment
