Mate, how long have you held LRS for?
I can think of at least five times that the company has raised below 1c after the SP had been 50 or 100% higher in the previous months.
Go and have a look back through the past CR announcements and check the price and the previous prices then tell me they didn’t miss opportunity’s to raise 75% higher...

As for the JV I think that’s even more of a pie in the sky goal now as LRS have just changed their strategy to drilling Catamarca.
So if xy company have in fact been considering a JV with LRS for the last 6 months to drill San Luis they now have a whole new set of risks and pitfalls to consider.
Catamarca has been drilled with pretty poor results before and xy company may not find Catamarca as attractive as San Luis.
Furthermore they will have to accept that the San Luis permits may never arrive.
We know this is a very sensitive piece of realestate for the locals and after 18 months of waiting on permits (despite all of CG’s excuses) I’d hazard a guess and say they aren’t going to be granted.
Obviously this is a new area in Catamarca (to LRS) but say you were xy company would you, after being possibly sold on San Luis, now want to fund LRS to return to Catamarca after the poor results of 2017? I wouldn’t.
