Obviously something is happening for the sp to jump 15 cents today - a few days after your query.
Precisely what can only be a matter of speculation for those with no inside knowledge as OMI has made no announcement that I am aware of.
Speculation, based on past performance, suggests that this could be an announcement of another overseas distributor.
