While gleefully quoting Momis's comments on BCL, one non-trivial thing that the Management Discussion and Analysis fails to mention is that the Customary Heads are in disagreement with SMLOLA over who should redevelop the mine.
Also it doesn't mention that the basis of the court action in Australia is the relationship between RTG and Miriori (the co-called stipend etc.).
