I have voted against resolutions.
$8 million over a few years. Yes its a mistake by the directors, but is a drop in the pond in the scheme of things. Market cap is down $50 million because of it. Massive over reaction.
We have around 20 cents per share in cash and making $20-$30 million per quarter at the moment. GRR is swimming in money and profits right now.
The directors will have their day of reckoning at the AGM shortly.
