It looks like one crossed trade of 28.413 million shares that was put through at 11:24 am @ 3.95 cents which was under the bid of 4.2 cents at the time. Not all brokers are showing it, so it was clearly an arranged cross. I am curious how they ran that cross trade under the bid though. I know that I had a bid in to buy @ 4.2 cents which was open at that time but got filled in a couple of tranches 20 minutes later.
