As far as I'm aware, the US distributor is independent of Zoono. They basically just use the name only. They buy product from Zoono & pay for all their own marketing costs (apart from Zoono provided research). The same is probably true of Canada & any other distributorship that is set up using the Zoono name (or otherwise). Also, the new retail portal will be worldwide, not just Australia/NZ. However, Zoono are/will be marketing directly in Australia/NZ (as per recent announcements).
