And this is the problem with the whole of Corporate Australia.
Snouts in troughs!
How on earth the board can allocate such an amount of shares for performance is beyond me.
Share holders have had massive dilution under this guy, and HE gets rewarded. And they turn around and tell share holders that they can't have a dividend.
And now I know why the board would not entertain a bid of $6.80 two years ago, but is willing to look and $6.50 now!
There should be a royal commission in the whole sick culture of corporate Australia, rather than just the financial system.
