SC has more or less pulled his support - both he and Farjoy (another long time supporter) as well as another large Shareholder all elected NOT to maintain their position in the last raising.
You can dilute Shareholders as much as you like over and above the 15% so long as you get Shareholder approval. You can only use the 15% capacity under ASX listing rule 7.1 once a year - it is traditionally "refreshed" at AGM's. There is also 7.1A which gives companies another 10% - there are conditions around using this - I can't be bothered going through them.
It will be interesting to see how the resolutions are voted on in the coming AGM - especially the remuneration report and re-election of Directors.
