Congratulations to those who didn't sell last year. $60 achieved yesterday is a great climb up from $28 a year ago. I am pleased to have topped up at $28.
I expect $60 to be a hurdle conquered that might see a few people sell, thinking it is a top. However, I also thought $50 or $55 might have been a top.
Next step by the company should be interesting. With some of the competitive nature of hotels and apartments going once Accor swallows Mantra, will we see some expansion into hotel and apartment management. I think it would be a great fit with FLT's employee nurturing style.
