Many would have received MB's email today, where it's confirmed the Babscay/Vannin claim against Pitcher is being done on an "open class" basis, albeit with a different focus to what MB now intend to target in their own proceedings against PP. Given their intent to separate and form some distinction, shouldn't pose any problem being involved with both, I take it?
