Loki - I will defer to you and investopedia ... I am sure it was purely luck that I passed my stats papers at Uni. I think it wouldn't be too inflammatory to assume we agree that 578.8m is a rather large number of shares to potentially issue at 8.3-10.8c per share.
I'd suggest we're debating over whose deckchair is closest to the band rotunda on the Titanic.
Lt_Investor ... my suggestion here is listen Eshmun and take the opportunity of BDR coming out of suspension as a second (last?) chance to salvage something. The situation here is fluid. The Sprott deal was crap for LT Investors, this deal is crapier and potentially a signal and not noise.
