For this one, consolidation were initially performed badly on both occasions for this one.
The industry turning around is at the good sign, however, having to service $616 mil debts on 10+% interest will kill off any profit.
Debtors are holding billion stocks still. The stock get sold down to 1c at any early rise, could not get pass 1.2c atm.
