Another competing fashion retailer pulling out of Oz (Global fashion brand Esprit to close all stores in Australia).

Times are tough in retail at the moment and if we can get through this year with $13-$15M underlying EBITDA then that will be an amazing bottom of the cycle result.

Im not concerned about colloseum. They arent purposely going to destroy earnings just to pick up a few cents on the buyout and risk breaching a whole host of Corps Law/ASIC regulations protecting minorities. Trust me,  if they try we'll be all over it!
