Ann: Trading Halt, page-11

Full of it? I just read the tape.
For a stock that has virtually no volume for several weeks and then there is a 5m sell at offer on open... then goes into halt an hour later. Obvious and stupid but I dont think anyone has ever been prosecuted for such a small amount... calculated risk will probably pay off.
If I was truely a conspiracy theorist I would ask why the halt was not put in place pre open.... begs a question
