Price action of late suggests it is probably nothing to be excited about sadly. As eshumn said, likely for a broker and its clients who want to get set but can't buy on market in any volume. Whether that means a lower discount I'm not sure. 32 cents perhaps.
Probably funding for early site works and more drilling.
