There again, you actually said he couldn't whereas as information I provided (all taken from the ASX listing rules or the JORC site) he can, re post 32831305
so before you actually try a rebuttal try getting the information correct.

Point me to where I haven't supported the projects versus no supporting management, there is a difference!
