I didn't know the threshold of ownership for a BoD seat was so high, "around 20%," AO. That's near the 19.9% point of "make me an offer" t/0 (not always resulting in a t/0).
Nevertheless, a concrete doable strategy by the BoD must be communicated to Mr. Market. Anything from a "strategic review," (market-speak for, "Hey! BUY me"), to 1AG has bought protein!
