I tossed up whether to list RRP or Taurus as the party of my complaint. - ended up naming realm in the box but might have been more logical to list Taurus or both of them. In my text I emphasised it was the actions of Taurus I had complaint with. Given that both companies are run by Gordon Galt arguably for Gordon Galt should not make any difference and the investigating officer should be able to sort out who and what need investigating.
