Pet Circle will have their niche, however they won't be able to compete with GXL on margins or on cross-selling.

Amazon isn't too focused on pet supplies and I don't foresee that changing in the next 1-2 years as they try to gain traction in Australia in their key markets (electronics, clothing etc).

I see GXL maintaining and increasing their dominance and market share in AU/NZ. One thing I would be keen to see is an investment and focus on innovation throughout their business.
