This afternoon I voted online and voted against the Remuneration Report.

The best way to send a message to the Grange Board is by a large no vote on the Remuneration Report. I encourage all shareholders to vote against the Rem Report.

Immediately after the AGM I will be writing to ASIC to ask for it to review the independence of Mr. Daniel Tenardi and Mr. Mike Dontschuk. I will also request ASIC review the Board Minutes and supporting papers that lead Grange into the property development JV with ROC.

I encourage all shareholders to write to ASIC on this matter. You might be surprised at the attention this gets as ASIC does not need another corporate governance disaster, especially when lots of shareholders have asked for a review.

In preparation for the AGM I will be writing to Michelle Li well before the AGM with a series of questions that I intend to ask at the AGM. That is fair notice and therefore there is no excuse for the Chairwoman not to have satisfactory answers.
