You obviously haven't read all the gold calculation posts either. I used a ore:waste factor of ~10% to reduce the ore tonnages and I discussed grade zonation although we are still dealing with partial extraction methods.
These holes were drilled on the side of the road on access tracks because at the time they weren't allowed to drill on the best ground (they are now). They're not going to start trial mining on the lower grade portions of the dolerite - they'll be on some of the highest grade ground.
Also, a tweak in the extraction technique yielded a 500% increase in the result: 20.7 --> 103.5g/t from the same collector bar.
Once they lock down the extraction technique you can expect some very significant upside. There's 2 good reasons why this is a no brainer: massive grades and massive tonnes.
