Wouldn’t worry about a stacked sell (if correct), every market requires supply and demand. Currently supply is less of an issue than demand which as @vontrader found out when he/she was buying can turn on a dime.
Caps are an issue for traders, little worry however for investors.
With the progress this company is making its looking like simply a matter of time before demand outstrips supply.
