Well, it might go something like this.....
Lets say the U market responds positively to the news of LHM to put on C&M, potentially removing 3.5+mil bls from the spot market, and push up the spot price.
In 6 months time, the U spot price might improve, and PDN decides to continue with the production and mining... and everybody talking about ramping up, and U spot drop....
and so the cycle of chicken or egg just drag on ...
