ARQ definitely has found a support level, now we all look to the US and oil prices.

I can see oil falling to $80, the US Government introducing their stimulus package and the Fed dropping rates by .... 1.5%!!!!! YES!!! falling oil prices will allow that. These will reverse the markets in a big way.

By then ARQ will hopefully have AZA mostly sown-up and a new oil discovery .. this should see ARQ back to $1.50
