'Rare earths' were never rare only difficult to extract & produce.

ARU will only be viable if the demand predicted materialises, as for finance they'll most likely have to do a finance deal similar to LYC with a supplier / offtake.
Bought at the height of the bubble, not expecting ever to get my money back.
